1. כללי

אפליקציית DriveDash (להלן: "האפליקציה") נועדה לסייע לנהגים באמצעות ממשק מולטימדיה ופקודות קוליות בלבד. השימוש באפליקציה כפוף לתנאים אלה ומהווה הסכמה מלאה להם.

2. שימוש בטיחותי - תנאי יסודי

תנאי יסודי לשימוש באפליקציה:

  • השימוש באפליקציה מותר אך ורק באופן שאינו מסיח את הדעת מהנהיגה
  • חל איסור להשתמש באפליקציה באופן ידני בזמן נהיגה
  • האחריות הבלעדית לציות לדיני התעבורה ולנהיגה בטוחה חלה על המשתמש בלבד

האפליקציה אינה מחליפה שיקול דעת אנושי, ואינה מערכת בטיחות, ניווט או נהיגה אוטונומית.

3. ויתור על אחריות

בכפוף לדין, מפעיל האפליקציה לא יישא בכל אחריות:

  • לתאונת דרכים
  • לנזק גוף, רכוש או אובדן
  • לשיבוש, עיכוב או טעות בהצגת מידע
  • לשימוש לא תקין או בניגוד להוראות

השימוש באפליקציה נעשה על אחריות המשתמש בלבד.

4. היעדר אחריות לתוכן צד שלישי

האפליקציה עושה שימוש בשירותים חיצוניים כגון WhatsApp, Waze, Spotify ו-Google. מפעיל האפליקציה אינו אחראי לתוכן, זמינות או דיוק שירותים אלה.

5. גיל מינימלי

השימוש באפליקציה מותר מגיל 16 ומעלה. קטינים מחויבים באישור אפוטרופוס.

6. קניין רוחני

כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני באפליקציה, לרבות עיצוב, קוד, לוגו ותוכן, שייכות למפעיל האפליקציה. הרישיון הניתן לכם הוא אישי, בלתי ניתן להעברה, לשימוש פרטי בלבד.

7. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה יחול דין מדינת ישראל בלבד. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט בישראל.

1. General

DriveDash (the "App") is designed to assist drivers through a multimedia interface and voice commands only. Using the app constitutes full agreement to these terms.

2. Safe use - fundamental condition

Fundamental condition of use:

  • The app may be used only in a way that does not distract from driving
  • It is prohibited to use the app manually while driving
  • The user bears sole responsibility for complying with traffic laws and driving safely

The app does not replace human judgment and is not a safety, navigation, or autonomous driving system.

3. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app operator bears no liability for:

  • Traffic accidents
  • Bodily injury, property damage, or loss
  • Disruptions, delays, or errors in displaying information
  • Improper use or use contrary to these instructions

Use of the app is at the user's sole risk.

4. No liability for third-party content

The app uses external services such as WhatsApp, Waze, Spotify, and Google. The app operator is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of these services.

5. Minimum age

Use of the app is permitted for users aged 16 and over. Minors require guardian approval.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the app, including design, code, logo, and content, belong to the app operator. The licence granted to you is personal, non-transferable, and for private use only.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law only. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Israel.
