1. כללי
ברוכים הבאים ל-DriveDash. מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים, מאחסנים ומגנים על המידע שלכם בעת השימוש באפליקציה.
אנו מחויבים להגנה על הפרטיות שלכם. DriveDash אוספת מינימום מידע, ופועלת ככל האפשר על גבי המכשיר שלכם בלבד. על ידי שימוש באפליקציה, אתם מסכימים לאיסוף ושימוש במידע כפי שמתואר כאן.
2. מידע שהאפליקציה ניגשת אליו
האפליקציה מבקשת גישה לפיצ'רים הבאים במכשיר שלכם:
מיקרופון לשליטה קולית: האפליקציה משתמשת במיקרופון שלכם כדי להמיר פקודות קוליות לטקסט (Speech-to-Text). ההקלטה מתבצעת אך ורק כשאתם מפעילים את מצב ההאזנה. הקלטות הקול מעובדות בזמן אמת ולא נשמרות במכשיר או בשרתים שלנו. העיבוד מתבצע מקומית במכשיר שלכם, או באמצעות Google Speech-to-Text בהתאם להגדרות המכשיר.
אנשי קשר לזיהוי שולחים: האפליקציה קוראת את רשימת אנשי הקשר שלכם כדי לאפשר ביצוע שיחות טלפון דרך האפליקציה וכדי לזהות את השולח בהתאם להודעה שהתקבלה. אנשי הקשר נשמרים אך ורק באופן מקומי במכשיר שלכם ולא נשלחים לשרתים חיצוניים.
מיקום לשמירת חניה: האפליקציה משתמשת במיקום שלכם כדי לשמור את מיקום החניה הנוכחי ולאפשר ניווט חזרה אליו. מיקום החניה נשמר אך ורק באופן מקומי במכשיר שלכם ולא נשלח לשרתים חיצוניים.
האזנה להתראות לממשק נהיגה: האפליקציה מאזינה להתראות המגיעות למכשיר שלכם (כגון הודעות WhatsApp ושיחות נכנסות) כדי להציג אותן בממשק נוח לנהיגה. תוכן ההתראות נשמר אך ורק באופן מקומי ולא נשלח לשרתים חיצוניים.
הצגת התראות: נדרש להצגת התראות מהאפליקציה, כגון התראת השירות הפועל ברקע.
העדפות משתמש: האפליקציה שומרת את ההעדפות שלכם (שפה, מהירות דיבור, אנשי קשר מועדפים) באופן מקומי במכשיר בלבד, באמצעות SharedPreferences.
כל ההרשאות הן אופציונליות. האפליקציה תמשיך לעבוד גם אם תסרבו להן, עם הגבלות פונקציונליות בלבד.
3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע?
המידע שנאסף משמש אך ורק למטרות הבאות:
- שליטה קולית: המרת פקודות קוליות לטקסט לביצוע פעולות באפליקציה
- שמירת מיקום חניה וניווט חזרה
- הצגת התראות בממשק נוח לנהיגה
- שיפור חוויית המשתמש על ידי שמירת העדפות אישיות
4. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים
אנו לא מוכרים, לא משכירים ולא משתפים את המידע האישי שלכם עם צדדים שלישיים למטרות מסחריות.
האפליקציה עשויה להשתמש בשירותים החיצוניים הבאים:
- Google Speech-to-Text להמרת דיבור לטקסט, אם המכשיר שלכם מוגדר להשתמש בשירות זה
- Waze / Google Maps לניווט, רק כאשר אתם בוחרים לפתוח אותם
שירותים אלה כפופים למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.
5. אבטחת מידע
אנו משתמשים באמצעים טכנולוגיים ומנהליים מתאימים להגנה על המידע שלכם:
- כל המידע נשמר אך ורק באופן מקומי במכשיר שלכם
- אין העברת מידע לשרתים חיצוניים
- האפליקציה אינה דורשת הרשמה או יצירת חשבון
6. זכויות המשתמש
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, יש לכם זכות:
- גישה למידע: לבקש לראות איזה מידע נשמר עליכם
- תיקון: לבקש לתקן מידע שגוי
- מחיקה: למחוק את כל המידע שנשמר במכשיר שלכם על ידי מחיקת האפליקציה
- התנגדות: להפסיק את השימוש באפליקציה בכל עת
7. בעל השליטה במידע
בעל השליטה במידע: מפעיל אפליקציית DriveDash.
- האפליקציה אינה מנהלת מאגר מידע כהגדרתו בחוק הגנת הפרטיות
- האפליקציה אינה מקליטה שיחות טלפון, אינה מאזינה ברקע ואינה שומרת נתוני קול
- מתן ההרשאות הוא וולונטרי וניתן לבטלן בכל עת דרך הגדרות המכשיר
8. שינויים במדיניות
אנו עשויים לעדכן את מדיניות הפרטיות מעת לעת. כל שינוי יפורסם בדף זה עם תאריך העדכון האחרון. מומלץ לבדוק את המדיניות מעת לעת.

1. Overview
Welcome to DriveDash. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our app.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. DriveDash collects the minimum data necessary and operates entirely on your device wherever possible. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2. Device Permissions We Access
DriveDash requests access to the following features on your device:
Microphone for voice control: The app uses your microphone to convert voice commands to text (Speech-to-Text). Recording occurs only when you activate the listening mode. Audio recordings are processed in real time and are never stored on your device or our servers. Processing is performed locally on your device or via Google Speech-to-Text, depending on your device settings.
Contacts for sender identification: The app reads your contact list to enable phone calls through the app and to identify the sender of incoming messages. Contacts are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to external servers.
Location for parking save: The app uses your location to save your current parking spot and enable navigation back to it. Your parking location is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to external servers.
Notification listener for the driving interface: The app listens to notifications arriving on your device (such as WhatsApp messages and incoming calls) to display them in a driver-friendly interface. Notification content is stored locally only and is never sent to external servers.
Post notifications: Required to display app notifications, such as the background-service indicator.
User preferences: The app saves your preferences (language, speech speed, favourite contacts) locally on your device only, using Android SharedPreferences.
All permissions are optional. The app continues to function even if you decline them, with limited functionality only.
3. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Voice control: converting voice commands to text to perform actions in the app
- Saving your parking location and navigating back to it
- Displaying notifications in a driver-friendly interface
- Improving your experience by saving personal preferences
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
The app may use the following external services:
- Google Speech-to-Text for converting speech to text, if your device is configured to use this service
- Waze / Google Maps for navigation, only when you choose to open them
These services are subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your information:
- All data is stored locally on your device only
- No data is transferred to external servers
- The app does not require registration or account creation
6. Your Rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Access: request to see what data is stored about you
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: delete all data stored on your device by uninstalling the app
- Objection: stop using the app at any time
7. Data Controller
Data controller: DriveDash app operator.
- The app does not maintain a data registry as defined under the Privacy Protection Law
- The app does not record phone calls, does not listen in the background, and does not store voice data
- Granting permissions is voluntary and can be revoked at any time through your device settings
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. We recommend checking the policy periodically.
